Service to the Underserved Grant Application and Advocacy Presentation: Richmond Public Library’s Adult Education Resource Center
“The Service to the Underserved Grant Application and Advocacy Presentation” walks through a public library program designed to serve the City of Richmond’s adult non-high school graduates and assist them in finding information about their adult continuing education options. The grant application portion meets the strict requirements of the grant application: proposal summary, population analysis, project information, sample budget, and timeline. The advocacy presentation covers the same information with a highlight on the need for the service, the way it fits into Richmond Public Library’s mission statement, and the way the proposed program will meet the identified need.
