This collection plan was developed based on a completed environmental scan and research on Clover Hill High School and its library. The plan delves into specific areas for improvement that reflect SOL scores, student needs, and specific sub-group access to relevant materials. Over the course of three years, the goals are to expand the e-book fiction selection, increase historical fiction collection to help establish cross-curricular understanding, and to actively expand fiction books (both physical and digital) to reflect a more diverse set of authors, topics and themes. The plan suggests goals for each year in the three year cycle and includes evaluative processes to ensure success.
