This was a very informative and interesting presentation. I loved your metaphor comparing the “silo” architecture of the library to an actual silo; storing all of that knowledge, information, and resources for later is a way that I never thought about it before! I wonder if you could bring up installation of a sign on the recreation center side of the library, if they have the funding. It could be a nice way to tie the centers together!
I also saw no braille at my local library; it really got me thinking how many libraries are behind on this feature that has been so common for so long INSIDE of buildings. It gives us many things to remember for when we are all moving along in our careers!
