Hello and welcome!

Thank you for taking the time to visit my ePortfolio. My name is Jordan Fowler and I am a Library and Information Studies graduate student at Old Dominion University. I have spent the better part of the last two decades in library services, both in academic libraries and public libraries, and I have a passion for helping people navigate our ever-changing world of information and learning. I hope to become a digital services librarian and aim to be a guide across the bridge that libraries have begun to build over the digital divide. I currently work for the Virginia Beach Public Library teaching technology classes to adults while also offering lesson on 3D printers, drones, VR, and and other exciting new technology. I hope to continue to serve my community while I finish up my studies.
I hope you enjoy the resources, blog posts, and other information I have cultivated during my graduate studies and thank you for supporting and nurturing your love of libraries!
