This assignment allowed for me to redesign Dinwiddie Middle School Library, the heart of a building that had not be renovated since its original build. This assignment gave wonderful insight as to how redesigning and creating a new plan for an existing library would go while on a budget. This redesign consisted of using the existing furniture, while also adding in conformable and flexible furniture options and other elements. This assignment helped my understanding of the administrative and leadership sides of being a school librarian.
