The first Common Belief in the National School Library Standards states that the school library is a unique and essential part of a learning community. In this program you have had experiences with numerous tools, publications, professional organizations, and other opportunities for remaining current with new trends, issues, and resources. Identify 12-15 of these resources that you want to be part of your toolbox as you move into the profession. What people or organizations will you keep up with? What journals, websites, podcasts or blogs will you continue to follow and read? Your list should be curated, meaning you selected these with care and arranged and annotated them in a manner that is creative and useful to others. Your list should be interactive, making effective use of technology embedded on the page to visually link to resources.
