About Me

My name is Kayleigh Pendrick, and I am an MLIS graduate at Old Dominion University.  Within the program, I took the public library path.  A majority of my work focuses on public libraries, with a specific concentration in young adult services and access to LGBTQIAP+ materials.  This ePortfolio features what I consider to be my best work, both in fulfilling my student learning outcomes and representing the aspects of librarianship that I find most important.  My library philosophy and reflection delve deeper into what I value in librarianship.  The work that reflects this are the six artifacts on my portfolio page.  My ePortfolio also includes my resumé and resources for lifelong learning.  I encourage you to browse this portfolio to view my work and see what I will put at the heart of my career in librarianship.
