For LIBS 658: Knowledge Resources: Planning, Selecting, & Managing Collections, I created ten kits of non-traditional items for Mary D. Pretlow Anchor Branch’s library of things.  A majority of these kits are for patrons in underserved and/or marginalized populations.  There are kits for seniors, people with visual impairments, and LGBTQIA+ teens, among others.  Each of the ten kits includes a list of included items and a justification for why this kit would improve the library’s collection.
