This paired texts Teacher’s Guide on the subject of immigration compares two graphic novels; one is nonfiction and the other is fiction. The books are The unwanted: stories of the Syrian refugees and When stars are scattered. The guide has summaries of both books, information on the authors and additional books from the authors.
