This collection plan reviews a public community library and offers recommendations to expand its services and collection.  The recommendations are provided after doing an environmental scan, literature review and a selection review.  The areas of focus for the recommendations include accessibility of the library facility and technology, and the increases in e-Resources for community initiatives.
