I examined the learning community at Granby High School in Norfolk, Virginia, and developed an Advocacy Plan to meet the current needs. The plan focuses on providing professional development to help teachers gain awareness and competency with free instructional technologies. It includes the use of data, feedback from students and teachers to evaluate the effectiveness of trainings, and incorporates teacher input while encouraging collaboration.
