During the Collaborative Unit Practicum, I collaborated with a English teacher to create an inquiry unit focusing on research. The exploration topics are connected to the students’ reading unit, The Devil in the White City. Students explored topics, evaluated sources retrieved from a search engine, accessed library databases for research, and practiced ethical use of information by locating images and crediting them.
