Welcome! I\u2019ve always been passionate about libraries and the responsibility they hold in our society. I grew up in southwest Florida in a small town where our library was the center of our community for activity and information. Growing up with such a treasure undoubtedly motivated me to pursue a degree in Library Science. I currently work as a Library Assistant in a small community library in a culturally diverse area. This summer, our library is expanding to more than three times its current size. I value this opportunity to grow with the library and see its future impact on the community. I plan on graduating in two years, and I look forward to applying my education and experience in a fulfilling career. I appreciate your interest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
