In reading some books we occupy ourselves chiefly with the thoughts of the author; in perusing others, exclusively with our own. – E.A. Poe
Greetings! I’m Todd Kramer, candidate for the Master’s in Library and Information Sciences degree from Old Dominion University. The documents and links you will find throughout this website serve as my e-portfolio which is a requirement of the MLIS program. I’m so glad you are taking the time to get to know me. Welcome to my portfolio.
Background
I started at Old Dominion University in the summer of 2022 with an eye forward to a new career path as a librarian. I was reaching the end of a 30 year career in K-12 education as a middle school English teacher and instructional technology resource teacher and needed a new pursuit for my life’s work. This pursuit would hopefully provide me with a new passion and a new focus that I could amplify as I continued to look for a way to serve people.
