I choose Pixaby as some of my classmates expressed the simplicity of choosing an image. The first images I searched I was not able to find many to choose from, however after investigating how to search images I was able to find an image to fit my needs. This was a difficult task in navigating how to properly cite and prepare this entry in the blog.

I rewatched the tutorial on correctly searching images and the proper way to cite the images. I made many mistakes, however with the image I choose , I was unable to determine the original creator. After choosing Pixaby to search my images I did come to the conclusion that the images I explored had similar formats in their names.

I also explored the site Photos for Class, which was easy to navigate.  I downloaded an image to assess if I could locate the name and any other information regarding the picture. The information on the picture from the download was mainly numbers and the name was not very clear to me. However, I did notice you are able to view in Pixaby, that made finding the information needed for a citation easier.

I explored Tubi and used this tool to make edits to the photo. The steps were simple to follow, and I liked that it did not require a login. Also, I was able to choose different effects to change the overall presentation of my photo.

I created an image with Poly Puzzle this was a fun experience. I would like to explore this with my primary students and then possibly laminate the photo and then put them back together. Also, it was only two steps and that does not require much instruction time for scholars.
