Reflection Paper #3

During the next 50 hours, I spent working in the IT department at the College of William and Mary, I spent a large portion of time working on the big project my boss wanted to be done before Spring Break arrived. He had wanted me to get over two hundred desktops imaged with a specific image for the whole campus before Spring Break had started. By the time I had finished 50 or so desktop computers, I was given notice that room changes were happening throughout the whole floor. Many people’s offices were moved around, including me and Rick’s offices.

Rick and I’s offices were changed to a single, yet large room that included space for our desks, workstations, and space for our inventory. About 75-80% of the room’s space was taken over for inventory and storage. It had taken us a week to clean up our offices of any junk and move all of our furniture, equipment, and inventory to our new office space. After that, I continued working on the two hundred desktop computer project that my boss had talked to me about.
