Name: Doctor Fadi Saleh
I had the opportunity to interview a well credited orthodontist from Virginia named Doctor Fadi Saleh through a cell phone call. Dr. Saleh is an orthodontist that has 3 office facilities in Woodbridge, Arlington, and in Alexandria, although his primary facility is located in 12662-A Lake Ridge Dr., Woodbridge, VA 22191. Dr. Saleh has been practicing his work as an orthodontist since 2003. Dr. Saleh is currently the orthodontist that wires my younger brother’s braces , and my he is always satisfied after leaving his appointments with him. Although my brother see’s Dr. Saleh monthly he recommends for patients to visit every one to three months.
Dr. Saleh had an uncle that was an orthodontist growing up which he looked up to as a kid which inspired him to have that same interest in helping others. He received a Doctorate of Dental Surgery from State University of New York at Buffalo. Some basic roles and responsibilities Dr. Saleh has an orthodontist is to clean people teeth and determine when braces are needed for a client. At times when necessary the doctor also cleans the client’s mouth and jaw. Some of the most rewarding aspects of being an orthodontist for is seeing the results of his work and putting a new smile oni the clients face. During the interview Dr. Saleh mentioned that is Board Certified and a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. This a distinction that only one in ten active orthodontists achieve.
The most surprising aspect of Dr. Saleh’s career is the age some clients are when they finally come to see an orthodontist for the first time visit. He mentioned that The most challenging aspect of his job is dealing with younger children and getting them to cooperate with him because some often are hyper and some of them are sometimes scared. Lastly Dr. Fadi advised that when someone is interested in getting into that field of work they should study hard and learn the job well because the job is very impactful on the client.
