The roles of work I would want to focus my career on are cybersecurity workforce management, product support management, and program management. these are the most appealing to me because of the path I plan on taking, I am going to the military as an officer once I graduate college. Once I graduate college I’ll be in charge of my unit in the military, so after I retire it only makes sense to apply for management roles for a civilian job. These are appealing to me because I can transfer my leadership skills from the military into my civilian job. the least appealing roles are cybersecurity instruction and planning roles. these don’t appeal to me because I don’t like to teach, and planning is a part of my job as an officer but It’s not something I want to do in the civilian world.
