Once I graduate college I&#8217;ll be in charge of my unit in the military, so after I retire it only makes sense to apply for management roles for a civilian job. These are appealing to me because I can transfer my leadership skills from the military into my civilian job. the least appealing roles are cybersecurity instruction and planning roles. these don&#8217;t appeal to me because I don&#8217;t like to teach, and planning is a part of my job as an officer but It&#8217;s not something I want to do in the civilian world.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Review the NICE Workforce Framework.
