Participants then explored how to move from idea to prototype, learning that early versions are often simple and hand-drawn. Prof. Moberly emphasized that prototypes do not need to be perfect; quick sketches and paper versions help test ideas before moving to more advanced formats. We demonstrated how to access and use the printer through the web interface and shared beginner tips for preparing files and starting a print. Students were also introduced to online resources such as Thingiverse (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.thingiverse.com\">https:\/\/www.thingiverse.com<\/a>), where they can find and download models for prototyping and experimentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Two students attended today\u2019s session, supported by Dr. Ola Swatek and Xianzhong Meng. Although the group was small, the workshop allowed for detailed discussion, questions, and hands-on exploration. It was a great start to the semester, and we look forward to welcoming more participants to future workshops.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-jetpack-slideshow aligncenter\"
