Balancing the tradeoff of training and additional cybersecurity technology

In addition, most cybersecurity breaches happen due to human error. Recent research conducted by Stanford University and Cybersecurity organizations found that “… approximately 88 percent of all data breaches are caused by an employee mistake.”. If most of the breaches happen due to human error, then training employees makes more sense. Besides, purchasing new technology can be more costly but cyber security training is cost-effective
