In society today our life revolves around computers but this doesn’t mean each one is being used in a positive way. The creation of computers has made the world both safer and less safer. One way it has made it safer is with the creation of cellphones. Cellphones are like a tiny portable computers that can be used in many ways. If you’re ever in a situation where you may be in harms way or has been harmed you can use your phone to alert the authorities. They’ll come and make sure that you’re safe and get the help that you need in order to survive. Next you have the creation of security systems. These types of computer systems lets us know if someone is trying to break into our car or house by setting off an alarm. If necessary we would know to alert the authorities about the events taking place. Another creation that help make the world safer is hospital equipment. There’s certain things in an operating room a human can’t do but a computer can. Us as humans can’t always have a steady hand when doing surgeries because of our nerves. Therefore, we tend to use computers making the procedure be done much safer. Although computers has made the world safer in many ways it has also made it less safe. For example working with computers for a long period of time is bad for your health which isn’t really safe. Computers also keep track of a person every move making it kind of easy for hackers and scammers to try and exploit it for their financial gain.
