During my upbringing, I faced severe challenges with anorexia, struggling continuously to gain and maintain a healthy weight. This struggle led to the onset of anxiety and body dysmorphia during my early teenage years, significantly affecting my mental well-being. It wasn’t until the onset of COVID-19 that I summoned the courage to initiate a workout routine. Setting up a bench, mirror, and a set of dumbbells at home, I began basement workouts. Gradually, I delved into research, adjusting my diet to align with my training regimen. Witnessing positive changes in my physique and weight only occurred after making dietary changes. For me, exercising evolved beyond merely lifting weights; it became an escape from my challenges and a coping mechanism for my mental struggles. Through consistent workouts, I encountered inspiring mentors both within and beyond the gym, profoundly influencing my life. In August 2022, I ventured into creating a TikTok account, initially intending to share content for personal satisfaction. Unexpectedly, over the year or so, my account has garnered nearly 500 followers. Below, you’ll find one of the numerous videos featured on my account.

Ever since establishing my fitness page, I’ve received numerous messages from strangers online, expressing how my videos have motivated them to embark on their fitness journey and strive for self-improvement. The gratification of knowing that I’ve played a part in inspiring others brings me immense joy and a sense of fulfillment. I intend to continue creating content for the foreseeable future, aiming to explore how far I can progress and positively impact others through TikTok.
