We study nitrogen and carbon cycling in estuarine, coastal and oligotrophic marine environments. Our research interests include nitrogen and carbon cycling, harmful algal blooms, organic matter cycling, marine nitrogen fixation and bacterial and algal productivity and<\/b> <strong>interactions.
