The advancement of bio-tech when it comes to DNA has been incredible but, just like with anything else there needs to be a set standard of rules and regulations. There needs to be a better bio-cybersecurity infrastructure, DNA Synthesis is expanding and growing at an extremely rapid rate and with that the cybersecurity structure NEEDS TO BE growing with it. Attackers can do a lot of damage if they can figure out the DNA Sequencing so more measures need to be taken to prevent it. Digital Certificate’s for access is a major hurdle that hackers would need to climb. I just think that as much time that is spent into advancing a particular technology, we need to spend just as much time trying to make sure we can also secure it.
