Online persona is when a person expresses their self through the media. In this case sport’s where my heart is at. Growing up the first sport I knew was my own traditional sport which is stickball. My dad was more into sports, my mom was not, because I was the first kid and close to my dad, I did just about everything. The tribe host many sports throughout the year just to have people involve. The native people are very competitive. Even family “get togethers” we usually go head-to-head on simple sports like kickball.

My dad was always in and out of the house so when he finally was not there, I slowly gave up on everything. I quit both sports in middle school and did not play for a year. Once I got in high school, I realized that I wanted to play again. I only tried out for softball, but I did not for the basketball because I missed it. Softball was always my comfort sport to play so I was not worried about it. Basketball was just something that I had fun playing and listening to the crowd. Usually at my softball games the team against us will always have people in the stands, most of us was lucky that our parents even showed up on senior night. I just feel like basketball always stood out for me and I wished I did play in high school, but I did play during the summer with my tribe going out of state playing against other tribes. I loved both sports. When covid hit I did not put a pause I just practiced more at home and also worked. School was out during covid I did discover some things or tried. I realize I cannot do nails, but at least I can draw.
