Artifact #7

Description: While working with a non profit organization called Cyberlinc. I was put in one team out of two. Each team containing around ten people with the goal of coming up with an argument for a debate. The topic of debate was is it better for a company to focus on research and development or stability.

Artifact #8

Description: In my previous job as a Walmart Cap 2 associate. With a team we would have to unload the merchandise off of the trucks putting the items on the conveyor that would sort them for us and then take the sorted boxes and stack them on pallets. This workload being to much for one person to do during one shift, would require a team of five composed of one person throwing the boxes onto the line while the other four sort the boxes and stack them. During this I learned how to play off of each team members strengths and how to use clear concise communication to achieve a task in a timely manner.

Artifact #9

Description: When I was studying at the Advanced Technology Center (ATC). My class had been tasked into splitting up into groups to then mass produce computers for another class in the building. By doing this I was able to learn how a team can divide and conquer work to achieve a larger end result. When the work was divided each team of two could build around three to four computers per class and with their being enough students we were able to fully build all the computers needed in one class session and then mirror and install all the software needed for them to run in the next class. Making a project that could of taken one person a full week of work into two days.
