Criminal Policy of Cyber Bullying of Children in Indonesia

Social science principles of sustainability include win-win solutions, responsibility to future generations, and full-cost pricing. The topic ‘Criminal Policy of Cyber Buying of Children in Indonesia’ relates to the social science principle of responsibility to future generations since it emphasizes the well-being of children and protection from cyberbullying. The hypotheses used in the study include determining the impact of cyberbullying in Indonesia and establishing the appropriate ways of eradicating buying of children in Indonesia (Frensh et al., 2021). The research method used in the study was qualitative through interviewing the cyber-crime department and justice system members. Primary data was sourced from various interviewees and analyzed to make findings. The concept of victimization relates to the article, which drives toward appropriate ways of ending cyberbullying of children in Indonesia. The topic refers profoundly to the concerns of the underage as members of the vulnerable population who undergo cyberbullying, causing psychological and emotional torture to the children (Frensh et al., 2021). This study plays a significant role in society as it enlightens society members on the significant ways of controlling cybersecurity bullying and ensuring the security of children is maintained to secure the future generation in line with social science principles.
