Technology has change crime because back before technology and computers crime was done face to face like robbery, stalking, and bullying but technology has made it easier for people to commit crimes online and also changing the dynamic of crimes between the perputrator and the victim. It changes it because victims can constantly be victimized because the criminal has constant acess to the internet to harass their victim. Another way it has impacted interactions between offenders and their victims is that it can be easier for the offender to hack and steal things such as money from the victim and they wouldn\u2019t know about it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
