• I learned leadership theory and leadership style in CPD 400-Foundations of Leadership!
• I wrote research papers, discussion posts, did assessments, and compiled a final presentation.
• I learned about the father of leadership, philosophies of great leaders and discovered my personal leadership style, and discovered my favorite leadership theorist!
• The skill I learned more about teamwork and it’s dynamic. I learned the major differences between a manager and a leader. Rallying people to work towards a vision is something I never thought I would be interested in doing, but it turns out that I love the science of leadership!
• This experience directly ties into my future because I will use leadership skills as I manage and lead others when I become a Director of an office on a college or university campus!
