With exploring diffirent cultures it helped me broad my perspective on other cultures. In the Spanish course it had included some Spanish culture from learning about Dia de los Reyes. Which made my understanding of the holiday way better as I was already aware but I was not realize the reason behind the celebration.I gained a better understanding about the Spanish culture from my professor.

With these practices it can help me also understand different cultures, other than my own. Since I am not introduced to those cultures, so in order for myself to explore those culture, the professor can teach me them. For example I have used Boomalang with a native speaker from Ecuador where she understands the viewpoints of how horrible big corporations can be. To another native speaker from Colombia about her family how their characteristics and personalities were passed down. Learning from a different perspectives can help knowledge different cultures and reducing misconception. With exploring different cultures it will help others realize that there are other ways of thinking.
