I have enjoyed engrossing myself in the Spanish culture by attending Spanish activities. I have participated in Spanish parties in the past where the participants brought games from Spanish-speaking countries and we enjoyed a few Spanish treats. Along with this, I attended a huge cultural festival during the holiday season. During the festivities, I met with people from Spanish-speaking countries and ate many foods from lots of different countries. Both of these events helped me use my Spanish skills in real time and allowed me to experience small amounts of Spanish culture here in the United States.
