In this write up I will explain human factors /behavior and I will explain how you would balance the tradeoff of training and additional technology for human factors in cybersecurity with a limited budget.
What is human factor in cybersecurity
Human factors of cybersecurity are results that cause a weak spot for hackers to hack data. Also its human behavior or a factor that can cause cyber risk and vulnerabilities risk as well for a variety of dimensions. Hackers are out to find the weakest part of a system because it’s easy to hack and by having weak links caused by humans makes it easier for hackers.
Explanation of Balance
In cybersecurity you have to have a good balance. It will have vulnerable weaknesses in a database if your balance is not correct. By creating a good balance in the cybersecurity system will strengthen your data or your network.
Balancing the tradeoff training and technology
With a limited budget I would split tradeoff training to 30% and technology by 70%. I would give 30% on tradeoff because it’s on human behavior and human behavior has weaknesses that are very vulnerable to a network because humans can make errors. I would put more effort into setting up the technology because the technology would have little to no errors because it doesn’t have emotions or behaviors such as some in training. Tradeoff Training has the most vulnerable set up because it is the weakness in cybersecurity. Technology carries in the area of cybersecurity increasingly cosmopolitan. Humans or the tradeoff training will be the weakest links. Also the members in training shouldn’t have the most percent because during training someone in training members could mislead the instructions causing a huge gap for hackers to attack in, just because of a simple human error.
