Summer 2007-Summer 2009: Baker- Von’s Bakery
Combination of baking pre prepared menu items and items from scratch. Baked items from scratch: French bread, sourdough, filone, focaccia and hot cross buns.
Fall 2005 -Spring 2007: Catering Baker- University Wisconsin Oshkosh
Prepare a large variety of desserts and breads, from scratch, according to each catering event. Included choux pastries, breakfast pastries, confections, candies and cakes. Self managed to complete daily catering requirements.
