1- Multiple Reasons: I think this makes the most sense because there are probably many motivating factors that leads people to committing cybercrime. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
2- For money: This is also high up on the list because money is what drives most people to do any type of crime. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
3- Recognition: Everyone wants some form of recognition. They want people to know that they are doing bad things. It makes them feel more alive. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
4- Revenge: I didn’t really know where to put this one so I just put it here. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
5-Entertainment: There is no excuse for people to commit cybercrime just for pure entertainment. There are so many other legal things that people can do for entertainment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
6- Boredom: If you’re bored why don’t you do something that is at least legal. Go outside and workout or something. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
7- Political: I put this on the bottom because I feel like the kid that DDOSed the political website could have done it a little bit better. He did it a couple days leading up to the general election. The site had been up for months before the attack.
