The Cybersecurity field has a lot of options currently due to the overwhelming
amount of reliance in technology and using networks to store data. In the field my
main focuses would be on Secure project management and defensive cybersecurity.
My reason for picking these two roles is because they both would incorporate a lot
of change consistently and keep my job interesting. Secure project management
would mean me taking on new challenges in the field by looking at different
companies and evaluating ow they stand in their cyber defense infrastructure. And
in defensive cybersecurity I would work for a company always trying to look ahead
on what an attacker might do and what I could put in place to stop them. The job I
would be the least interested in would be cyber instruction. This would make my
position training others how to not cause cybersecurity breaches in the companies
or in their own personal lives. This does not appeal to me because it would be
difficult to explain procedures to people not in the field.
