I scored a 3\/9 on the Social Media Disorder Scale. I think the items on the scaled are a bit extreme, but maybe that’s because it doesn’t apply to me. I couldn’t see social media starting arguments, but that definitely doesn’t mean it hasn’t happened. Before taking the test I felt like I would’ve had a higher score and been deemed addicted, but other than procrastinating on social media and being on deployment wishing I could see what the outside world was doing, I’m not as addicted to social media as I originally thought.
