Spanish 102 gave us a dive into Peruvian culture through their music, their food and some of their historical places. Historical places such as the Chinchero and the large market there to music artist such Juan Luis Guerra, whose song “Soldado” I like very much. For our first discussion part, we researched popular/famous Peruvian dishes and explain why we liked the dish. I choose “Lomo Saltado”. See the discussion board below.
