Hello all! Welcome to my portfolio for Critical Theory. This website is a collection of all my ENGL 325 work where I applied seven different literacy critcisms I learned throughout the semester, which include the following:  narratology, psychoanaltic, structuralism, post colonialism, marxism, feminism, and African critical race. By demonstrating my abilities to apply a variety of criticism on several literary texts will reveal my talents as a amatuer rhetorician. All the applications are unpolished work and only focus on a few aspects of the critical theories. These papers are just practice, but I do have a formal paper in the formal writing section of my portfolio. I learned a lot from this semester. The main thing I learned is that their are many perspectives one can take to look at rhetoric. The critical theories/criticism I learned in this class widened my perspectives and gave me the ability to not just anaylize short stories or poems but to persuade people effectivily and expose peoples ideologies.
