This letter given out by Glass washer parts reminds me of a Laissez faire attitude towards cybersecurity. As the company gets the government involved to protect the right of personal information from getting out into the hands of a hacker, which happened and so leadership took over to issue the statement that the system was compromised. The government/ law enforcement wasn’t involved at any point until data was leaked, which would indicate a Laissez faire and leadership approach. I also think ration choice was also taken into consideration as it was taken in the best interest to the customers. Along with management skills that were needed to make this decision in the first place. Without the management skills needed to make this decision, the rational choice would not have been made.
