I think Davin Teo’s decision to pursue the career of digital analysis is a pretty interesting one and honestly is kind of similar to my own. He originally was encouraged by his dad to go into accounting, but he later found an interest in computers and analysis, which led him to become a digital data analyst. It’s interesting, a small interest led him down a completely different career, in which he seems to be pretty happy at, arguably more happy than the original path he was taken before. I say this reminds me of myself, because before deciding to go into cybersecurity, I wanted to work on game designs as an artist. I stuck with this idea for years and I figured that if I kept up with it and improved my art then I might have a shot. Well after a while I realized that I started to have a greater interest in computers and how they worked and so, I switched up my goals and started to take an interest in cybersecurity, which is how I ended up here. I think his career change is ultimately interesting and seems to be a more common occurrence than I originally expected.
