Trends and Issues in Leadership

This course examined various leadership and how they are applied to current issues. This course helped me understand leadership principles in the workplace related to organizations, industries, nonprofits, and government spaces. By the end of this course I had a thorough understanding of recognizing and understanding key leadership concepts and theories, discriminate between leadership needs in different industry and organizational spaces, while applying the various leadership concepts to different societal issues confronting today’s leaders and developing the skills and attitudes that enhances one’s ability to lead and manage as an effective leader.
