Cyberdeviance refers to an employee’s use of the company’s internet access during work hours for non-related purposes. This could be anything from simply shopping online to accessing private information. The amount of access some companies have to consumer data is incredible. Your entire life could be ruined if any of this information got out as well as rights not being respected by having this information accessed unknowingly.
