Pacific Islands: Nauru

In 1975 the per capita GDP for Nauru was in the top 25 countries. Today they are 129th. What geographic factors contribute to such a dramatic change over time? Students are then challenged to provide some recommendations to the government of Nauru regain a stable economy.
