Students create climographs to compare the impact of the monsoons on various locations in India.<\/p>\n<h4><a href=\"http:\/\/sites.wp.odu.edu\/norfolkgeography\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15209\/2019\/08\/8A_Visualizing_Monsoons_.pdf\">Visualizing_ Monsoons (8A)<\/a><\/h4>\n<p>In th<em>e Decisions, Decisions<\/em> series students are challenged to determine what information is needed to evaluate a given scenario. In the application of the geoinquiry process students need to:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>determine what information is needed<\/li>\n<li>obtain information from the textbook, <em>Nystrom Atlas<\/em>, or information from past learning experiences<\/li>\n<li>pose additional questions<\/li>\n<li>make a decision<\/li>\n<li>explain the reasons underlying the decision.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4><a href=\"http:\/\/sites.wp.odu.edu\/norfolkgeography\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15209\/2019\/08\/8B_Good_Idea_South_Asia.pdf\">Would it be a good idea? (8B)<\/a><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 1.2em;font-weight: 600\">Southeast Asia<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Southeast Asian country display a variety of shapes based on their physical environments and the influence of outsiders in shaping country borders. Consequently ethnic diversity and religious diversity is high in this region.
