In the second essay, I talked about the cause and effect of the nurse shortage. The cause of the nurse shortage consists of a lot of problems. Including having a weak education and a bad work space, which leads to why nurses are feeling stress and burnout at the end of the day. Nurses that do not have a good education could be very dangerous because if not, then the patients are not in a good hand. But also while working in the hospital, if the nurses are not in a good environment then they will not be motivated to work. Both of these combined leads to the problems of why nurses are leaving the field. However, there are more about this topic that is worthy for society to pay attention to.
