CRJS 406 – Cyber Law

My cyber law course explored various topics such as cybersecurity, freedom of expression, privacy, and intellectual property. The course was divided into two parts, with the first half focused on legal concerns affecting citizens and private entities, and the second half delving into the legal authorities and limits of the U.S. government. Throughout the course, the writing assignments stood out to me as they allowed me to research and elaborate on specific cyber policies and laws. These assignments proved to be valuable in deepening my understanding of the legal complexities surrounding cybersecurity.  This directly aligns with my goal of contributing to balanced cybersecurity policies, reflecting the core message of my ePortfolio.
