I did some further research to find out that this date was a little off from what I had originally thought. It turns out that Outright was officially established on September 3rd, 1991. I find this interesting because I feel like it\u2019s important to know the history of when a place opened and closed. To be honest with you, it was because I was so interested in what our guest speakers had to say that it might have slipped through the conversation.
