FAFSA time!!!
But for real, October 1st is when the FAFSA opened up for the next school year (2020-2021). It is important to fill it out as soon as possible to make sure you receive the money you need for next year. Filling it out early potentially means more scholarships and federal grant money. Make an appointment with your advisor today and make sure to bring the following materials to ensure you are filling it out correctly:
- 2018 Tax Return for Parents
- 2018 Tax Return and/or W-2 for students
- FSA ID’s and passwords for parents and students
Don’t forget, January 1st is the priority due date for scholarships and federal grants!
