My parents never got the chance to buy me a computer but as a teen I would always run to a nearby computer library and spend hours learning its intricacies . Always been so fascinated by how they work and I solved any error messages that I encountered. Currently, I am still very interested in the evolution of computer technology and its role with humans. The field of cybersecurity is one that is constantly expanding. As I continue to spend time in my undergraduate courses, I am becoming familiar with monitoring and tracking tools used to spot illegal online behavior. This solid grounding and basic fundamental aspects will help me expose cyber crimes in this workforce. A skilled cybersecurity expert has a strong understanding of technologies and organizations in order to understand how they operate.\u00a0 I figured my greatest strength was dealing with computer networks and systems . Information Security Analyst is my passion. I\u2019ve worked and maneuvered around computer systems for a long period of time and it cost me my childhood dream as a Nurse. Cyber crimes in this workforce continue to incline over the last couple years. I intend to use my passion to implement, upgrade security measures for the protection of computer networks and information. Additionally, In this workforce every task you complete isn\u2019t \u201cunnecessary\u201d because cyber crimes are constantly evolving. Personally, knowing that my effort is assisting in preserving people&#8217;s livelihoods and privacy makes me feel good about my career. Oftentimes, people get the misconception of cyber because they feel like it is all \u201chands-on\u201d but Cybersecurity keeps your mind active and challenges you to be alert. Lastly, There are many opportunities for career advancement in cybersecurity as a whole.
